Shipping and Order Policy

Wilpack Packaging Shipping Policy

Available Items will be shipped within two business days of the order being placed; Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped within two business days. A non-refundable shipping fee is charged to customers at the time of purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the desired shipping option while placing the order through the Wilpack Packaging website. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate the desired shipping option while placing the order directly with Wilpack Packaging via phone or email. Any changes made to the shipping option after the order has been placed are subject to additional handling fees.

We are able to use collect accounts for shipping. Please call us before placing your order to arrange collect shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer if a collect shipping account is used.

To qualify for expedited shipping, Wilpack Packaging must receive your order by 12:00 PM CST, Monday–Thursday for the shipment to leave on the following business day. Wilpack Packaging does not offer Saturday delivery.

Wilpack Packaging can ship to international addresses. Please contact us prior to placing an order to place an international order. Additional handling fees may apply. Wilpack Packaging does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Hold Shipments Policy

Wilpack Packaging reserves the right to hold any shipment due to failed credit card payments, or suspects of credit card chargebacks on prepaid orders. Wilpack Packaging reserves the right to hold any shipment due to lack of account credit, or non-payment of past due invoices on a Net 30-day account.

Claims Policy

Claims for damaged goods in transit must be documented upon receipt of goods and reported to Wilpack Packaging within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Do not dispose of the damaged goods until the claim has been completed and Wilpack Packaging has authorized you to dispose of them. Otherwise, disposing of damaged goods prior to the claim being resolved may result in zero compensation. Claims for errors and shortages must be reported to Wilpack Packaging within 5 days of receiving the goods.

Refund/ Returned Goods Policy

Due to FDA regulation, all “Packaging Supplies” including, but not limited to: portion cups, deli containers, lids, foil seals and plastic seals are non-returnable. Any exceptions are made exclusively at the discretion of Wilpack Packaging.

All machinery goods including, but not limited to, the Model 15, Model 25, F20 Tabletop Filler, TE Vacuum Tester are eligible for return, subject to inspection and approval by Wilpack Packaging, less a 25% restocking charge. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned products.

Cancellations Policy

All orders for regular stocking items can be canceled for a full refund if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the “Returned Goods” policy will apply to the order as stated above.

Disclaimer

Wilpack Packaging shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delays, changes in shipment schedules or failure to deliver caused by accident, strike, fire, riot, civil commotion, insurrection, war, weather, embargo, inability to obtain transport, Government requirements, acts of God or other activities beyond Wilpack Packaging’s control.

Limited 90 Day Warranty on Machinery Manufactured by Wilpack Packaging

The Wilpack Machines are guaranteed on all machined parts by Wilpack against defects for a period of twelve months. All purchased components such as electrical components, springs, etc. will be guaranteed to the customer as guaranteed to Wilpack. NOTE: If physical alterations or changes are made to the machine by anyone other than Wilpack, the warranty is immediately null and void unless written permission is given by Wilpack. This will insure our continuous high standards. Warranty extends to parts only, not labor and not shipping costs. Our warranty only extends to the original buyer and applies only to equipment that is used in accordance to Wilpack recommendations. This warranty does not apply where Wilpack determines that any claimed defect arose from any misuse, neglect, improper installation, alteration, because regular maintenance is not followed or packaging supplies not offered by Wilpack Packaging is used. Wilpack will not be responsible for system performance unless the containers and lids have been tested and approved by Wilpack in compatibility with the Wilpack packaging machine system. Wilpack will not be liable for any loss of profit (due to lack of personnel experience or knowledge), loss by reason of plant shutdown, non-operation or increased expense of operation, loss of product or materials, or other special or consequential loss or damage of any nature, and all claims for such loss or damage are expressly waived by Wilpack.

Warranty on Packaging Supplies

Wilpack Packaging is a tier 1 distribution facility for various manufacturers of packaging supplies. The warranty policies may vary by manufacturer. Wilpack Packaging’s products are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship at the time sold by Wilpack Packaging, only as warranted to Wilpack Packaging by the original manufacturer.
